With growing reliance on digital systems, schools have begun adopting SQL databases, cloud platforms, and educational software such as Glad Tiding to handle student data. The research employed a qualitative descriptive case study design, with data collected from 38 participants using semi-structured interviews. Findings reveal improved efficiency, data accuracy, access, and stakeholder communication. However, challenges persist, including limited training, data security concerns, resistance to change, and inadequate infrastructure. Recommendations include capacity-building for educators, investment in secure and scalable technologies, and stakeholder sensitization.
